Pledge to Support the Marathon

As you've noticed, there's some changes going on.   I've contacted Pantene Beautiful Lengths program to find ways to support the charity.  Here's some ways you can help (I'll be adding more details in the next few weeks):

Pledge to donate your hair on Feburary 20, 2010.

Pledge $ in support of the cause
  • American Cancer Society is working with Pantene Beautiful Lengths to distribute the wigs.  If you can't donate your hair, you can donate to the ACS

My cut is scheduled for 1:00 CST tomorrow. I'm so excited!! Here's the style I chose: http://www.almaypureblends.com.au/meet-leslie-bibb.php
Maybe a little shorter. I want to send a lot of hair! I'll sent you before and after photos when it's done. You know, that's something cool you could do when you're finished with your cut - you could post any photos you get from donors you inspired!!

Cute hairstyle as well... I've seen that pic a few times and have considered it myself. Can't wait to see how it looks.

I've had trouble posting comments to your last couple of posts. The comment box is loading funny - could be on my end.

Anyway, love love love the 5 finalist hairstyles! I vote for the 2nd - if you do that one, you could do a kick-a version of the 3rd one with it, using a little wax. I think it'll be totally cute on you!

That's strange about not being able to post, I don't think I've been changing any settings... I'm thinking I may no have the guts for #2, especially cause my hubby thinks it's too short. Mostly I'm worried about how it might grown out. #4 is my top pick right now - but until it's cut nothings for sure...

I understand exactly what you mean. That's one reason I opted for the longer bob at first. But I have to admit I'm already looking forward to going shorter. So do you grow your hair out often? Is this your first time to donate?
