So I went to Longwood Gardens to see their holiday display, and the weather was predicting 20-30 mph winds. I needed a hairstyle that would be out of my face & unaffectd by the wind.

Tomorow's New Years Eve & I'm going to a party with a "Bond Theme". So, I figured I'd pick a hairstyle with a bond theme. Here's some choices... which do you like best? Also - any pictures you think I should look at for ideas?
And I think I'll try out some of the tips here: http://www.taaz.com/beauty/celebrity/movies/bond-girl-makeup.html
I'm thinking about how I could do my hair for New Years Eve, and I've decided to test run one before I go.
After donating my hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths, I'll need a new do. Here's a few more options. What do you think?
It's the holidays, and I know you're busy, cause I'm busy. And I have to be honest, I barely have the energy to spend on my hair for these days. So for the next couple weeks (through New Years) I'm trying to decide on a new hairstyle. You can help - let me know which ones you like, send me links to pics you like, upload pics you like to facebook.
I'm thinking one day I might play with the http://www.dailymakeover.com/ site, where i can upload a pic of myself and "Try On" hairstyles like these.
Here's what I like so far... I'd kind of like to go a bit edgy , but of course, then there's growing it back out...
I was considering not doing anything to my hair, due to the FEET of snow that we're getting this weekend, but I thought it'd be a good opportunity to try something different. It's a french "rope" braid. I would really have to work on the right products to use if I was going to wear it out of the house, cause it started falling out within 1-2 hours.
Since today is a weekend, I couldn't bring myself to do anything overly fancy. And my hair was just falling into the high pony, so I went with it. To keep it different from Day 34, I wore my bangs down (1), added a braid around the base of the pony (2) and put on some makeup(3)!!! Ok, so it's not a difference in the hairstyle, but it sure does make a difference.
This style evolved as I was doing my hair. My intent was to do some small braids into a side ponytail, but I didn't love it as I finished. What I ended up doing is taking the back (slightly off center) and twisting it up into the barette, and then pinning down the loose ends for a bun-like look.
In efforts to support Pantene's Beautiful Lengths Program, I've been doing a hair-athon - a marathon of hairstyles and asking for support. To support, donate your hair, help me find people who have hair long enough to donate or donate to American Cancer Society.
I'm up to day 80 and I'm on a business trip and I'm not sure how much access I'll have to a computer. So, I've decided to do a mini-recap of the styles so far. And since I've moved the date of my hair donation from December 22 to February 20 to allow people time to sign up, I need ideas of interesting posts, so here's styles 71 - 80 for those who may not have seen them.
Day 71 - Shhh... I'm hunting Wabbits
